Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the MovePlanner platform (the 'Service'), operated by MovePlanner SA, Avenue de la Gare 1, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland (UID CHE-XXX.XXX.XXX).
1. Service access
Access to MovePlanner requires creating a company account via private invitation. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding credentials and all actions taken from their account.
2. Trial period
A free 14-day trial is offered to any company created on invitation. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, the subscription becomes paid at the selected tier unless explicitly cancelled.
3. Billing and payment
Prices are published on the /pricing page in CHF excluding VAT. 8.1 % Swiss VAT is added to invoices. Payment is monthly or annual, by Stripe direct debit or QR-bill wire transfer. Unpaid invoices past 30 days lead to account suspension.
4. Data and ownership
Data entered in MovePlanner remains the exclusive property of the Customer. MovePlanner SA acts as custodian and may only use data to operate the Service. Data is exportable at any time in CSV and JSON formats.
5. Liability
MovePlanner SA commits to 99.5 % availability (99.9 % in the Enterprise plan). For higher unavailability, a proportional credit is granted. MovePlanner's liability is capped at 12 months of subscription.
6. Termination
The Customer can cancel at any time from the Billing section. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation for export, then deleted in line with the nFADP.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Lausanne, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
