Swiss compliance: LTr, LSE, CBA, nFADP

MovePlanner is designed with and for Swiss law. Business rules are coded into the platform, not left to team leaders' interpretation.

Labour Act (LTr)

The planning engine automatically enforces daily rest (11 consecutive hours), weekly rest (35 h), mandatory breaks past 5 h 30 of work, and weekly caps (45 h office / 50 h blue-collar).

Swiss Recruitment Services Act (LSE)

For temp staff, MovePlanner auto-generates assignment contracts, pre-qualifications and signed timesheets. The staff-leasing CBA is natively supported (minimum wages, 13th salary, vacation, holidays).

Collective bargaining agreements (CBA)

Transport and construction CBAs are integrated: minimum wages per canton, travel time, travel allowance, site allowances. Legal updates are pushed automatically.

New Federal Data Protection Act (nFADP)

EU (Belgium) or CH (Zürich) hosting at your choice, encryption at rest and in transit, processing register, optional outsourced DPO, data deletion on request within 30 days.

Heavy-vehicle tax (LSVA / RPLP)

Trucks ≥ 3.5 t are tracked and the LSVA performance-based charge is computed per mission for rebilling or accounting allocation.

External compliance audit is planned before production go-live, with a PwC / KPMG attestation.
