How does the 14-day trial work?
You receive a personal invitation, create your company account, import your vehicles and staff, then use MovePlanner for free for 14 days. No credit card is requested before day 11.
Where is my data hosted?
MovePlanner runs on Google Cloud Platform in the europe-west1 region (Belgium) with replication to europe-west6 (Zürich) for Swiss-residency data. We comply with the new Swiss data protection act (nFADP) and GDPR.
Are you LTr- and LSE-compliant?
Yes. Work-time rules (11h daily rest, 45/50h weekly limits, breaks) are enforced automatically by the planning engine. For temp staff we follow the Swiss Recruitment Services Act (LSE): contracts, pre-qualifications, SES-signed timesheets.
How do I migrate from Excel or another tool?
Onboarding ships with ready-to-use Excel imports (vehicles, staff, customers). For complex migrations from other SaaS, the MovePlanner team assists you — included in Pro and Enterprise plans.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, at no cost. Your data remains exportable for 90 days after cancellation (CSV + JSON archive), in line with our nFADP commitments.
